Workflow
From alignment
to the play.
Work through the game in a coach’s natural sequence — one layer at a time.
- 01
Formation
Place offense and defense, define gaps, techniques and individual assignments.
- 02
Pre-snap
Add motion and eye direction to explain the state before the snap.
- 03
Builder
Choose a building block — coverage, front, pass concept or blocking — and do not start from a blank field.
Defense is more than lines
Understand defense as deeply as offense.
DL techniques, gaps, assignments, zones and match zones live in the play model — not in a set of identical lines.

Questions
What is ProAF?
ProAF is a web-based playbook editor for American football. You place formations, draw motion and routes, apply coverages and blitzes, and view the play in 3D.
Who made it?
It was built by an American football coach who is also a software engineer, using AI as the coding partner. It solves problems the author met while coaching.
Do I need an account?
No. The editor works fully on your device without registration. An account adds optional cloud storage and sync between devices.
Does it work for 9-on-9 and 11-on-11?
Yes. Defensive fronts and technique numbers are calibrated for both line formats.
Is it available in Russian, English and German?
Yes. The site and the editor are available in Russian, English and German, and more languages can be added.
